Is anyone having trouble with getting enough iron? I've been trying to eat spinach but don't know what else to do/eat. I was low with my last blood test and the doctor says I need to up my intake, but I don't always remember. Now I'm super tired and my body feels weak like I ran 5 miles or something.

Right now, I love to eat refried beans for a snack with some chips. The beans get me iron and protein. Also, many cereals come fortified with iron and there is always a good steak! ;-) Hope that helps!
Are you taking a prenatal fortified with iron?
You can also eat more red meat, if you aren't vegetarian. Soybeans are another option.
Make sure you are also having vitamin C rich foods/drinks also - it will help your body absorb iron. Here is a good list from the Mayo Clinic on iron-rich foods:
