Possible thrush w/ question

BFing has been hurting again for the past week or so so I made an appt. today to talk with the LC at the hospital I go to...it's on a Navy base.  We had a lot of problems in the beginning with latching, DS had his tongue clipped finally, so I thought maybe it grew back or something.

Well it didn't grow back and she took a look at my nipples and she suspects thrush.  Since she's just a nurse/LC she can't "diagnose" me officially but she made me an appt. to see a doctor tomorrow to get properly "diagnosed".

My questions is, if it is Thrush should I toss out any milk I have frozen in the last week?  All my milk is dated so finding what milk I've pumped in the last week isn't a problem.  Thanks!
