Storing Frozen Milk

Anyone else's milk smell or taste sour after being frozen for only 2 months?  I don't know what I am doing wrong or if that is a natural thing that happens on it's own???

 

Any suggestions/advice???

    I have excess lipase but its metallic not sour

    I scald before freezing now

    I have always thrown the milk out, but today is the first time we actually fed it to him.  He took 3 1/2 oz out of 5 oz.  I hope it is good.  

     

    It smells soapy in a sense.  I haven't smelled sour milk in so long, I forgot what it smells like.
