What do I do??

LO is 4 weeks and EBF. All day she has been crying to nurse. The only time she isn't crying is when nursing. She is giving constant hunger cues too. But every time she finishes eating, she spits up her entire meal. Then she starts crying to nurse and giving hunger cues again. What do I do?

Is this just today? If it is an ongoing problem, I would have her evaluated for reflux. If it is unusual, I would go to the pedi and have her checked for an ear infection.

If it's not something like an ear infection, maybe she needs to be burped more often?  Mine would go through phases, especially my first, of eating like a little piggy, then puking, then eating, then puking again.
