There's a height limit, whenever the shoulders are above the top harness slot when ffing, but with your DD's size, she'll be ready for a booster by the time she outgrows the seat.
DD1 was 38" and 30 lbs at 2 years, and she outgrew our Marathon at 4.5 years 45" and 43 lbs. I'd guess your DD could stay in her current seat for almost 3 more years, although she'll probably ask for a booster before that. :
