I use allrecipes all the time. I made some stuffed shells and froze a batch of them the other day. The whole concept of freezing and eating later surpassed DH as he took them out of the freezer the next day to eat. They heated up well and tasted pretty good.
Last time around I made a lot of marinara sauce and soups to freeze. No specific recipes, but any will work except for soups with pasta - just add that separately before eating it. This time I'm going to try freezer crockpot meals. Basically, just throw all the regular ingredients for a crockpot recipe into a container or large ziploc bag and freeze it, then empty the bag into the crockpot the morning you want to eat whatever it is for dinner. Sounds super easy and I can't wait to try it out.

I've been thinking about this too. I plan to make chilli and freeze it. Crockpot meals, and a few standard recipes I have in rotation that take 1520 minutes total. I'll post some recipes when I get home phone posting from work.
