every time i cough or blow my nose, i have to work not to throw up. blechk. so nasty. i thought being pregnant was enough, why do we need to throw sickness in there, too?

I can totally sympathize! I have really bad drainage right now & have thrown up twice this week in the mornings...

I had to deal with this same thing for 3 weeks, and there were so many times when I just couldn't keep food down after coughing. It was the longest I've ever been sick, so of course it was when I'm pg.
