I want to put latches on DD?s drawers because she keeps opening them and pulling everything out. I even caught her trying to climb them once. We are moving her to the toddler bed and this really concerns me. I was wondering if wheb you install the screw latches do they ruin the drawers? Do you see screws on the other side of the drawer? I looked for adhesive locks but I can only find them online and most were expensive ($8.00 for one lock) and got so so reviews. TIA.
Re: Drawer locks
We got heavy duty magnetic "latches", I don't know how they're called, it's a 2 piece thinghy for each drawer/door, you screw one on the inside of the door and one on the inside of the structure so that when you close the door they touch
We placed them on the drawers and closet doors in LO's room, in the pantry and in the appliances cabinet in the kitchen over a year ago and my very strong toddler has never been able to get them open (it's even a bit hard for me!!) The best thing is that you don't see anything from the outside and they cost like 1 euro a pair
