I just laughed really hard and peed myself a little. I'm glad DH wasn't in the room because he would NEVER let me live that down. I'm a grown woman who pees herself... How have I been reduced to this? I mean, I hear it's normal, but... ew.

DH is under strict instructions that in the event I poop during delivery, he is to have it discreetly removed, and he may never breathe a word of it to anyone. If I don't realize I did it, then I don't wanna know about it. This was decided within days of my BFP, and I don't think he knew there would be this many ridiculous things for my body to do while I was pregnant.

This is too funny! The nurses clean it very discreetly, and you don't even know you did it! So unless he tells you

I pee a little every time I sneeze or cough hard. It's ridiculous and it's been happening for several weeks now.  I wear panty liners pretty frequently, but I've also started carrying an extra pair of panties in my purse (just in case).  Once in a while, if I'm wearing those really thin, khaki pants, it will even go through to my pants and I'll have a huge wet spot on my rear.  It's the worst because those pants have no way to absorb anything so it just spreads out and looks bigger.  I'm crazy self-conscious of it too.  I actually complained to my Dr. about it and she said kegels help but nothing would make it stop completely.  FYI (maybe TMI) It seems to be worse on the days following intercourse for me.  I have no idea why though.
