Urgent advice? Pains and vomiting

I miscarried on saturday, and tonight I've suddenly got these pains all down my lower back and my left side. I thought it might be trapped wind, but I've never had trapped wind in my life! I'm bleeding a little bit more, can anyone shed any light on what this might be and how to get rid of the pain? It's agony and I'm crying just breathing!

    I don't know what it might be, but I urge you to talk to a health care provider: call your doctor, or a 24-hour nurse line, or an urgent-care clinic. Go to the ER if you have to.

    I'm so sorry that you're going through this.

    I agree- absolutely contact your doctor or go to the ER.  While I don't know what it is, I wonder if you fully miscarried or are still in the process?

    Get to the ER ASAP!!!  I had an ectopic and thought I was constipated....you need to have some diagnostic tests.

    All testing shows both H and I are perfectly normal. Baby Nacho had triploidy. 
    Back to normal business December 2012

    I couldn't agree more go to ER! Ectopic  pregnancy is NOTHING to mess with, even if it's not that, better safe than sorry. Keep us updated.

    Thank you so much ladies for the advice. I went to hospital as soon as I could last night and got examined! They said they couldnt tell if it was an eptopic pregnancy or not or possibly just really painful because it's not been long since the first miscarriage. I have a scan first thing in the morning to see if it is eptopic or not and to check everything down there. I'm so glad I found this board because I do feel like there is a lot of lovely people filled with support and help! I hope we all get our happy endings <3 Xxx
