When to switch to fast flow nipple?

How old was you DC when you switched to the fast flow nipple?  Sophia just drank a bottle with one and she seemed to do pretty good with it.  She's 3.5 months.  I'm just worried it's too soon for her.  I guess if she did ok with it, then it should be alright?

We just switched our dd from level 1 to level 2 nipples 2 days ago.  We figured it was time b/c it started taking longer and longer to eat her bottles over the last 2 weeks, whereas before she could eat her regular 7 oz or so in about 10 minutes or so, it started gradually building until we were up to 35 mins the other day.  We popped in the level 2's and she was back to eating in a reasonable amount of time.

We switched to Level 2's (Dr Browns) at 2 months.  They were taking forever to eat 3 ounces, and getting frustrated that they were sucking so hard.  We're still using level 2's.

We switched DS to medium flow (Level 2) a couple of weeks ago.  He's 5 months old.  I think the package says you can switch though at around 3 months.
