I don't follow any labor day rules but I would never wear polka dot pants.

For a winery, I would go with a full length pant. To me, it is a classier look.

I agree with PP's.  I'm not really fond of the patterned pants trend.  But, I don't see a problem with wearing them after Labor Day.

Those pants are cute. It really depends on your body and personal comfort level. But if you can rock 'em, go for it. Solid white top for sure. Maybe add a black cardigan if it's chilly. And probably black flats for shoes. I tend to prefer the mustard color over the green. The blue is pretty cute too.

I think the navy ones are cute, but I'm obsessed with polka dots. I'd wear them with a white or red top and cute sandals.

I am not a fan of those pants, but if you are OP, go for it!  If you're open to suggestions, however, go for a solid bright colored ankle pant.  Or, I got an awesome polka dot dress from Forever 21 that I think would look great on any body type.

No because I only wear skirts! But in seriousness I would wear a polka dot skirt like that whenever the heck I wanted to.  Forget labor day.
