Pumping with a cold

Can I still pump milk and give to my LO even though I have a cold?  I think he is now getting sick from me...oh no...

    The milk has antibodies to help prevent/lessen effects of a cold/sickness

    Absolutely.  Chances are, your LO has already been exposed to your cold, anyway.  And, the extra antibodies from your milk will be helpful to your LO.  Pump away!!
