it depends on a lot of things but my experience has been this:

#1 no epi: 20 min of pushing once complete

#2 no epi; 1 contraction of pushing, no dr present

#3 with epi: 2 or 3 contractions of pushing (5 or 6 min?)

#4 no epi: 3 contractions of pushing (5 or 6 minutes)

 

so my first labor definitely was the longest pushing, but again, it will all depend
