Memory books?

Has anyone found a cute and thorough memory book?  I'd love to do it all scrapbook style from scratch, but I figure that will not last very long into his babyhood, so I'm looking for something that I can fill out that has places for pictures, etc.  Anyone know of a cute one?

I got (from target) a photo memory book for DD. Each page is for each month and it has a spot for a 4x6 picture and under that is space to write whatever you want. When you are finished it comes out to make a banner. It also comes with milestone stickers if you want to include them in the caption. I knew I wasn't going to keep up with baby book nor did I put any pictures in her book yet, but I did fill out the stickers. I know that it would be easy for me to fill in the captions because the memory was captured in the picture. I'm hoping to find the same book for LO.
