First Nursery Pic :)

We painted and started setting up the nursery, I'm loving it so far, the crib JUST fits into the space I'd planned in the room.  We have to finish putting the crib together then the changing table and get the rocking chair in the room but I took our first pic this weekend and its starting to feel real when I look into the nursery and see things coming along now.

    Very cute! My hubby would love the quote thingy too! :) I really like it, it's going to be very nice! We have ours about half done but right now everything baby is in there too!!

    Thanks!!  We can't even have company stay over because our other spare room is full of all the actual baby stuff!!

    Mine is painted (mostly, still needs a few touch ups), and that's it. The room used to serve as a guest room, and we're going to leave the bed in there for not only guests but for those "Daddy has to work in the morning and you will not stop screaming" nights, so I can go in there and lay down and catch a few zzzs when he takes a break from hollering... I'm still trying to figure out how to fit all the other stuff that I want in there. I also picked the hardest possible theme (monsters) and am finding I either need to shell out for a ton of etsy stuff, which I'm too cheap for, or make everything myself, which is what I'll likely do but is a ton of work...

    We put together our crib today. I must admit it was probably the easiest piece of furniture to assemble from IKEA. We also got the stroller put together, it was pretty simple just putting on wheels and snapping the fabric in place. 

    I am anxious for DH to start painting the nursery. I have been working on the quilt and will start on an adjustable crib skirt tomorrow.
