After Nursing Pumping Question

LO usually "empties" one boob during her MOTN feeding.  I have been pumping both sides after I put her back down.  Should I just be pumping the side that she didn't eat, or both?

    I pump the one side while DS nurses the other. It lets me get back to bed faster!

    If you are really engorged I would just pump the side LO doesn't eat on.  Are you trying to build a big freezer stash?  Pumping both after LO empties one side will just signal your body that you need more milk and then you'll have an oversupply.  If you aren't trying to build a freezer stash I would just do nothing...after a couple days your body will regulate.
