1. Since Aria doesn't do this regularly, I wake up at 12, 2, 4, and 5. These have all been regular wake up times in the past, though not all in the same night. Self, quit!!!!
2. I hate hate hate that when I wake up at 5, I panic that she's dead. Every. Single. Time. I have an Angelcare monitor, it'd be going insane if she was. I still have to go check on her, just in case, which wakes her up occasionally. Stupid self.
Re: The only STTN drawbacks...

I still wake up around 4:30 most mornings, even though J usually gets up closer to 6 now.
There is a door connecting our rooms that we keep open at night, so I don't have a video monitor. But I will often sneak in just to peek at him- before we go to bed, when I wake up to use the bathroom, etc.
I know, right? I'm fine on the nights that she doesn't sttn, or when she makes a little noise, but on nights like last night where she sleeps all night without a peep, I freak out a smidge.

All of this for me too! I wake up to go to the b/r since he hasn't been waking up to nurse AND then I go open his nursery door and stare at the blinking green light to be sure it's working properly...EVEN though I have a video monitor right next to the bed.
