DS hates getting dressed

in Babies: 3 - 6 Months
DS always fusses and cries when I'm dressing or undressing him. I think he hates getting dressed more than undressed. Once his head and arms are through he usually calms down. I try to be as gentle as I can. I'm not sure how to make it more pleasant! Any ideas? TIA.
