I wOuldnt bother looking; most of that info is bogus anyhow. Some of the "gassy" foods you're supposed to avoid are actually great for increasing milk supply. Don't look to avoid/eliminate anything until you suspect you have a real problem.
Pretty much the only things I avoid are alcohol and caffeine. Both are fine in small amounts and if timed correctly, but since I never really liked either to begin with, cutting them out completely is just easier for me. Food wise though, I have no restrictions outside my own food allergies.
