Sheet Savers? Safe

At first I thought no, but they seem to be tied to the crib, so now I am thinking yes.

So it looks like matress, matress pad, fitted sheet then sheet saver.

Sound right?

Your order is correct

These were a life "saver" (har har) for us because DS had bad reflux. So in the early days when they can't move around, wherever we laid him down he pretty much stayed which meant we could position him so that his spit up landed on the sheet saver.  Which meant only having to change the sheet saver and not the sheet and the mattress pad. 

And yes, your link is the same kind we had that tied off. So that makes them safe, IMO.
