Allergy medication question

I EBF and my allergies are starting to get really bad this week with fall weather around the corner. What do the other mothers with allergies take that does not affect breastfeeding?

I've used both Zyrtec and Claritin no problem. Stay away from the "D" formulas.

I've used Zyrtec and Benadryl routinely.  I've also used Sudafed on occasion, but only when I'm desperate.  Sudafed can dry up your supply, so use it sparingly.
