Vaccines and puking

My BFF called me last night very concerned because her 1 yo had his vaccinations and the flu shot.  Within a few hours he developed a low fever and started vomitting.  I told her that my paperwork that I'd received mentioned a fever may be common but it didn't say anything about vomitting.  Has anyone experienced this with their DC after getting vaccines?  She had a call in to her pedi but hadn't heard back the last time I spoke with her.

If I remember correctly, someone's DC had the same thing happen to them just a few hours after getting the flu shot.
