  • I prefer rice, butI also prefer 1% milk. The thickness of the almond milk kind of freaks me out.
  • We do almond. The rice milk just looked too watery and DD wouldn't drink it.

  • I have tried a few different kinds of rice, almond and coconut milk and finally landed on one I LOVE = Almond Breeze Almond Coconut, Unsweetened...it's half of each kind I guess!  I was a skim milk drinker before and this is the only one that I have found that even tastes close, and has a similar consistency...some of the other milks were too thick and made me gag:)  Good luck!

  • So Delicious Almond Milk Plus has lots of protien.  My two year old has had it ever since she transitioned from breastmilk a year ago.  I use it for baking, pancakes, cereal, anything she eats.  We all love it!  Once in a while I will use rice milk when I think almond may be to heavy or sweet in a recipe.
