My Back really hurts, What is the best way to get rid of back pain, or make it at lest feel better?

I had horrible back pain with this last pregnancy. Do you have a heating pad? If not, try a warm bath. If it gets too unbearable, call your doctor and see what they recommend. I ended up having to take muscle relaxers and a very mild pain pill the last half of the pregnancy. There were many days that I was in tears. Good luck!
