Does anyone know of a nanny they swear by, who works weekdays AND weekends as a fill in/short notice?

We have a lapse in our child care coming up soon and we're trying to problem solve this.  Prefer someone who has experience with multiples.  Also, must be able to pass a background check, verifiable references, and cannot bring children of their own.
