bumps/lumps on baby's head

Anyone noticed this? I was nursing LO this afternoon and put his head in my hand. I rubbed the top of his head with my thumb and noticed a bump on his crown. I called the baby nurse and she asked if he had any trauma at birth (no) and said if I was concerned to bring him in. I don't want to be the mom that dashes off for every little thing but he won't be seen again until his four month appointment.
