We have services....for PTSD.

Hi ladies! We finally got Owl's evals done and interpreted, the specialists agreed that her behaviors are trauma related and that she may also have a small cognitive issue. We are currently receiving mental health services to treat for PTSD and are waiting to be scheduled for ST and OT.

I know I may be alone in this but is there anyone out there who has a LO with PTSD?

we were seeing a health psychologist to work with P's fears, etc regarding cathing. I know it's not the same as PTSD (can I ask what her trauma was?) but she has significant physical and emotional issues with dealing with the cathing.

I can't go into details but she was witness to a lot of abuse may have been abused herself before she came into foster care.
