Semi OT when diaper rash becomes an open wound

All of a sudden a little red patch turned into an open wound, bleeding and oozing. What do you do in those cases?

Lots of air time.  Sposies w/triple paste until it heals.

I don't have triple paste but can get some tonight. I have desitin, cjs butter and an all purpose baby salve w beeswax olive oil and calendula, which should I use till then?

You don't have to use triple paste specifically, it's just what I have on hand   Desitin will be fine...basically, the non-CD safe creams are what you want.
