I have decided that the world needs to become desensitized to the words 'cervical mucous'. My friend and I were discussing it the other day. Her poor boyfriend nearly had a nervous breakdown when she uttered the words...we're now on a two woman crusade to drop it into conversation wherever it is appropriate. Which is as hard as it sounds
IUI #1 - 10 April 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE
IUI #2 - 05 May 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE
IUI #3 - 05 July 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE
IUI #4 - 30 August 2012 medicated and monitoredLetrozole and Ovidrel Trigger
Sad as It sounds, I'm going to ovulate 1-3 days before I go to my first RE appointment... hate when I feel like I'm wasting a cycle.

I believe TCOYF uses the term "cervical fluid" which I think is a much more likely candidate for desensitization. People have negative associations with "mucous," even when it DOESn't come from your vagina.

I totally agree, but in reality, EWCM is definitely NOT "fluid".

Geezus lady! It's not as if our lives aren't similar enough. We got knocked-up at the same time and now we're still cycling together!
Love this kind of TMI
