I'm going to post a flyer at my grad school for part-time childcare; what kinds of things should it include? So far I've got the hours I need someone and the fact that they'd be watching one baby girl. Now I'm stumped.
Do I include what we're willing to pay? That we're going to ask for references? I don't want to turn anyone off b/c I'll be checking on their experience, but I don't necessarily want to be flooded with calls from students who want exorbitant amounts and who have little to no experience.
Re: What to put in an ad for childcare?
As someone you answered plenty of childcare ads... yes put everything on it! it's just as frustrating for the caregivers to sort through everything so you'd be making it easier for both of you.
