I was on and off BC for years - every other time I went off BC was just to take a break, not TTC. This last time I went of BC (to start TTC), I noticed things that I never noticed before. My boobs were a bit sore before AF, I was little more PMSy, tired, etc. I didn't notice them before because I wasn't TTC. I think that when you are TTC you notice every little thing your body does because you don't know what's going on with your body.
Not to mention, your body is adjusting again after going off BC, so you may not even get AF for awhile, or ovulate. It took my body almost a year to "regulate" again. I went of BC in October 2011, just got my BFP August 2012, and I feel that was the first month I was actually "regular"
But you're not out until AF shows up....but, as PP said, I wouldn't get too excited.
Good luck!
Welcomed our baby boy Henry on March 15, 2013 (7 weeks early!)
