Black eye

My son the daredevil has decided he doesn't need to use the doors on the cozy coupe at DC and goes in and out Dukes of Hazzard style through the window.  Of course he eventually tipped it over and knocked himself in the face and now has a nice black eye. 

In the first 3 days of DC we had 2 incident/injury reports from him wrecking himself.  Awesome.  So I have that kid.

Oh no!!  And I totally pulled C out of a cozy coupe DOH-style (ha ha, that's funny and fitting!) last week.  I'm a bad mommy b/c he's totally going to do that himself now too.

I totally understand, because I have that kid too.  We get an accident report probably about every other day.  I ask the teachers if the other girls are this way, and they all shake their head and tell me that G is special.  She's just a rough and tumble kid, and it sounds like yours is too.

It is.  It's actually his 1st DC (center) experience.  He was home with H most of the time last year, some days w/ grandma.  But H started school again today and he has 2 full day classes this semester (and works the other days) so both kids are in DC.  It's been a transition but it's going pretty well I think.

Aww, poor kiddo! My son is like this too. He's always covered in bruises and already has a scar on his face. He's a total daredevil, which scares the crap out of me, but at the same time, I was a really timid child, so it makes me happy to see him be so brave. I'm sure it will balance out eventually.
