Can you give some examples of what you're looking for? People use "unique" to mean different kinds of things. And since your first two have popular/trendy names, I need a little more guidance on your taste.
Depends on what you mean by unique? Some people think our boy names are unique. They are Leonard Elias, Clark Gideon, Kieran Nathanael, Wesley Wyatt, and possibly Theodore James. But I'm not sure what your style is overall. Can you give us some ideas that you like?

Unique means one of a kind, literally - that it's the only one out there. You'd be hard pressed to find a name that NOBODY else has, unless you go for names like Kiwieurksmfkldayioaew or Fksfucapofqkmd.

Some of the less common names we considered were:
Apollo
Archibald
Atticus
Byron
Callum
Cassius
Dexter
Evander
Felix
Lorenzo
Melchior
Orion
Rex
Rocco
Thaddeus
We went with Donovan, I wouldn't call it unique but certainly not used very often.
I also liked Demetri, Nathaniel, Nickolai. Probably my most favorite boy name that I will never be able to use is Orion with Perseus a close second.
Based upon your current childrens' names, I think we have different ideas of what qualifies as unique. Here are some uncommon names I like:
Francis (DS2)
Benedict
Ambrose
Sylvester
Bartholomew
Laurence/Lawrence
Morgan
Harlan
Gregory
George
Augustine
Felix
Xavier
I also have a Theodore, but I don't think that is unique or uncommon anymore. I still love it though!
DS is Reid. A couple of our runners up were Rhys (pronounced Reece) and Calum/Callum.
We're going with Paxton (Pax)... but watch out, the name got trashed when I asked for opinions on it.
Someone mentioned Zane. I love that name, but DH doesn't.
Cannon
Maddox
Flint
Trace
Tallon
Jace
Ryker
Brennan
Exley
