I'm getting quite tired of dealing with redness on my LO's behind when she's in cloth. We've battled a few rashes, changed detergents and was routines so I'm sort of at a loss as to what is causing this.
LO is pretty sensitive to heat (gets a heat rash almost instantly when we're outside) so could the redness be from the warmness of a fleece/ microsuede/ etc diaper against her behind?
There are no bumps - just redness that varies from red to pink.
Thoughts?

Re: Redness
This or my DD gets a red toosh after her diaper has been wet for more than a 1/2 hour. She's sensitive to her own pee and fleece, so we really just have to change as soon as it's wet or bothering her. Maybe let your DD air out a bit between diapers?
If it were a suede cloth allergy, wouldn't is appear on say, her hips, where the suede cloth touches there?
I'm grasping at straws here (obviously).

I'm all for avoiding for a day or two but am a total noob and need to know... are all BG's suede cloth? We have both Freetimes and 4.0's.
We have (all one size diapers, btw): Blueberry pockets, Thirsties Duo AIO, Swaddlebee's Simplex AIO, Oh Katy pockets, Rumparooz pockets. Are any of those suede cloth?
Thanks for the help, girls.

I know for sure that BG Freetime and 4.0 are both suedecloth, not sure about the others.
Perhaps your LO is sensitive to synthetic fabrics? Natural fibers might be better. You could pick up some flour sack towels, pad fold them and lay them in a cover (or on top of an unstuffed pocket) and see if that helps?
My Oh Katys are fleece.
