I have a Boba 3G and up until now, I have loved it, and so has dd. All of a sudden though, she won't tolerate it AT ALL. I'm wondering if a ring sling might be a good option because I can wear her in more positions? I was thinking if I could wear her on my hip she would be able to see more of what's going on around her? Is there another option I am missing (I have a Moby and really don't want to deal with wrappping. I want something easy to put on without dealing with all of that fabric). Suggestions?

Re: Should I get a ring sling?
Sure!
But seriously...I think you are right that her issue might be wanting to see - common problem at this age. A hip carry is one good solution. A high back carry would be another (you'd need either a mei tai or a woven wrap for that). You can try the back carry in your Boba once she's sitting but unless you are really short, that won't let her see over your shoulder - which she may or may not like. Probably in a few months she will also be ok with any position since she'll be stronger and able to turn more to see as well as pull her arms out.
