Have you ever read the TOS?  They are very, very vague, and I doubt this violates it unless you consider a referral link to be either soliciting or spam (I don't)

It falls under:  No soliciting of any kind on the message boards or in the chat room.

Referral links typically generate points or cash back which means the OP gains something by posting her referral link.  It's the same reason why posters aren't supposed to post about their own business.  If you have any more questions, feel free to email TB directly at:community@thebump.com

I've read the terms of service.  Posting a referral link isn't soliciting.  Unless the definition of soliciting has changed.

I'm not trying to argue with you, so sorry about that.  I just think it's a load of crap that the bump tries to enforce things as being in their TOS that aren't actually in their TOS.  If they want those to be the terms, that's fine, but they should write their terms that way
