anyone use a maxi cosi mico w/universal "snap & go" type stroller frame?

does anyone know if the maxi cosi fits into any brand of universal "snap and go" type stroller frame? my local BRU did not know and they don't even have a mico for me to try out in a universal frame....if they even had one in the store!!!! why are so many things online only?...grrr!

I don't think the Mico will actually snap into any snap n go stroller. The Safety 1st brand snap n go says that the Mico can be used, but it requires the use of the strap to hold the car seat in place. Dorel is the parent company of Maxi-Cosi and Safety 1st (among others), so my guess is that you will probably get the best fit with the Safety 1st snap n go (as opposed to another brand of snap n go). 

Have you considered just using the Mico with a regular stroller? It snaps into a few strollers using two plastic adapter mounts. I used the Mico with the Quinny Zapp. I know you can also get an adapter to use the Mico with the Baby Jogger City Mini, and it will actually snap into place.

Not sure if this answers your question, but we purchased the Mamas & Papas Sola stroller, and with the purchase of adapters, we can click our Maxi Cosi infant car seat in that.  We really like the stroller.
