Speaking of trash TV, who watches Dance Moms?  I know it's a train wreck but I love it.

And I'm watching tonight's episode right now- and when Abby announced Nia's scholarship I teared up.  I'm a dork.

I do!! It cracks me up how hard core these ppl are! And the mom fights! They seek out drama those moms. Its soooo funny!

These kind of shows are an occasional guilty pleasure (although I do not watch Teen Moms).  The Dance Moms, Toddlers & Tiaras and whatever else I consider educational - teaching me the kind of mom not to be.

That's what I always tell DH when he asks me why I watch these shows!  TLC has a good summer lineup!

::Raises Hand:: ME!  When they showed Nia's mom after they announced the scholarship it made me want to cry too.  Nia has worked so hard (not that other girls haven't)!

On another note, I don't like where they are going with the possible "new student"  - from what I've seen in the preview she is obnoxious (much like Payton's mom) and she  called Paige "peg-leg Paige" - seriously who makes fun of a child with a broken foot!  The moms can bicker all they want amongst themselves, but leave the kids alone!  Sorry for getting racial, but I think this makes black/African American etc communities look bad.
