do you have to? I've just taken it straight from the fridge and injected it and it has worked for me.
I just took it out and the instructions in box say: Please allow pre-filled syringe to adjust to room temperature before administering.....great, I hope 40 mins is enough....
I give my ovidrel like 10 min to warm up before I inject.

I was told by the Pharmacist to take it out the morning of my injection day. I took it out the morning of my monitoring appointment which ended up being a good decision since I triggered that night.
I usually take it out about 30 minutes before. Supposedly bringing it back to room temp is only to make it sting less when you inject it. Otherwise, you don't really need to do it.

early blasts, no frosties = BFN
