TP for my friends suicide mentioned

I found out from Facebook today that a women who was in my High School graduating class killed herself about a week and a half ago because of some very bad post partum phycosis. Her son is only 3 months old and will never know his mother.

I didn't know her but many of my friends did. I saw a news artical on it and the gir looked familiar to me but again not someone I knew. My HS had over 3,000 kids in just my grade level so it was impossible to know everyone.

I pray for healing for her son and family and for all my friends who loved her. I also found out from this that a few of my friends have had some very bad ppd and ppp. I also pray that all women can start to be more open about how they feel after giving birth and get help if they need it.

How terrible for everyone involved. So sorry for the family and for the woman. T&P

I can't even imagine what that family is going through right now and what will lie ahead for them and the little boy. How tragic. I wish it wasn't so taboo to ask for help when we need it most.

I'm so sorry, T&P to her family and friends.  It's horrible to lose someone, but even more so when it might have been prevented.  I hope any woman struggling with PPD or PPP finds the help they need.
