Protein

How are you getting enough? I drink a protein smoothie, eat Greek yogurt, beans, cheese, cottage cheese, etc. There just doesn't seem to be anyway I can get the recommended 160g of protein. I don't eat meat, but I'd be willing to add salmon and shrimp if it would help. I barely reach 100g a day.

    If it makes you feel any better, when I was pg with my twins, I met with a dietician with a lot of experience with multiples moms.  She only recommended 100g of protein a day which is sounds like you're hitting.  I did what you did, as well as drinking a lot of milk.  The dietician also recommended Unjury protein powder which wasn't bad (https://www.unjury.com/store/protein/).  I was lazy most of the time and just mixed the unflavored version with milk or OJ.  It works well in smoothies too.
