DD loved being worn, and still enjoyed it while I was pregnant with DS. Unfortunately, DS seems to really dislike it. I've tried a wrap, a ring sling, and a mei tai style carrier. He squirms and cries for a while, falls asleep for a few minutes, wakes up, and cries some more.
I've noticed he's more independent than DD was, and likes to lay and watch what is going on around him. The problem is that it would really be more convenient for me to be able to wear him so that I can keep up with DD. Strollers aren't always practical. Any suggestions?
Re: Did you have a baby that grew to like being worn?
I think my son can really sense The wearers comfort level. My husband only wears my son if it's a last resort, like somewhere where I am unable to help out. He gets very irritable whenever my husband and is wearing him and it's been that way from day one. I can wear him for hours at a time and he will just snuggle me.
So it might be a comfort thing? Or my son might just be extra moody and picky
- well I know he is the second one!
ETA: I just noticed you wore your older child, so I know you are probably confident with baby wearing. So sorry if my comment doesn't help!
