Back and Hip pain again

Well, it's back. I had this same hip painat like 4 months, and now it is back accompanied by some wired back pain. The hip thing I understand, but this weird back pain I have never had. It it just to thr right of my tail bone area, and onlyhurts when the preasure from my right leg is relived. doesn't hurt while walking, but yesterday while at Target, I went to put my right foot up on the lower part of the cart, and when I went to take it down, this crazy pain shot through that part of my tail bone.

As soon as my foot was back down on the ground, I was fine. Standing up straight, bending over, walking, nothing seemed to make it hurt except putting that leg up on soemthing. even when I was in bed last night and raised it, the pain was there. I am not sure what it is, but if anyone else has had this, could you let me know. And what is the best way to calm down the hip pain so I can sleep longer than 1 hour intervals? Thanks
