so, seriously, I know I'd read about using witch hazel pads and a friend recommended them as well, so I finally picked them up. Just wanted to share, if you are having problems with hemorrhoids, the witch hazel pads work awesome. I only wish I had starting using them sooner.

I use those during the day because they are easy to carry. I have Prep H at home, and I've been eating fiber one granola and brownie bars and it's cleared up nicely.
