Need some positive vibes (NLR)

We were supposed to close on our house today but it got pushed because the appraiser apparently can't read.  The longer I sit in this house, the more anxious and emotional I get.  Needing some positive vibes that we find out today that we can close this Friday so we can start a new chapter in our lives.

    Positive vibes coming your way, my dear!  How stressful!?  I hope you get into your new place this weekend, and make this new chapter a peaceful one.
