3. Diagnosis: endo, left fallopian tube blockage, had surgery to remove left tube, endo, and scar tissue
4. What treatments you've done: just started clomid, 50mg, and will be doing IUI next month if this month is not successful

QOTW: Describe your dream house. I have my dream home, the only thing I would change is having the house I live in now, on the water with a huge yard

We had our IVF consult this past week and should be starting in September. Our RE said everything will be said and done by Halloween. I am excited and anxious to get things moving! We have a meeting at the hospital where this will all happen on th 27th and than will have our concrete plan in place. Now I am just waiting for AF to start so I can start the BCP.

QOTW: I am not too picky about what I want for a dream house, but I would love a window seat  in my bedroom, a wrap around porch and a home theater system in the basement. I actually am working on the home theater, so hopefully I can knock that off my list soon!

IUI #2 = BFN.  Waiting to see what the plan is for this cycle.  Also going to schedule an IVF consult in October.

QOTW: A beautiful old brick house.  Probably a colonial revival or old southern plantation style.  It would have a central hallway layout with a big front porch, pocket doors, hardwood floors, rear staircase,  walk up attic, and lots of other awesome old house features that I could go on and on and on about.

IUI #1 was a BFN. On round 5 of clomid this month, 100mg and mixing with Bravelle injects, trigger shot, and IUI #2 if all goes well. 

 My dream home: huge ranch style home, finished basement, 2 or more bathrooms, 4 or 5 bedrooms, garage.

had lap on Tuesday 8/14, they removed stage 1 endo and 2 staples from my appendectomy 5 years ago. Probably will be starting injects this next round.

My dream house would be a ranch style house with 5 bedrooms, a huge kitchen with lots of counter space, 3 bathroom with a whirl pool tub and walk in closets.

QOTW: Dream house would be on a few acres of land overlooking a small lake/pond. 4-5 bedrooms with a master suite with his and hers closets. I would like two of the bedrooms to be connected by a jack and jill bathroom. I would like a wrap around porch.

Also would like a guest cottage.

No update here, starting to get tired of our break but since fall is near - I know January and getting back to treatment really isn't all that far off.  I'm at about the half way mark of our break and it's gone fast enough that I know time moves quickly.

 QOTW:  It'd be here in our town, less than 20 years old with newer open layout.  Big kitchen, walk in closets and big bath tub are really my main requests - which we have now in the townhouse...I just wish we had a house with a yard.  Oh, and built in bookshelves somewhere since we have waaaay too many books laying everywhere in the house and are currently too cheap to buy another bookshelf.

2 story with a basement for my husband's "man cave."  Master BR with private bath with whirlpool tub and double walk in closets and atleast 3 other bedrooms.  I also want an upstairs laundry room, large kitchen with pantry, 2 car garage, and a decent sized yard.

Rafting sounds like fun!
We go in for our postop appt tomorrow and I am ready to get some answers and figure out a new plan! I really want to know if my RE was just trying to be nice because she knows we are OOP by sugesting trying Femara again, or if IVF is truly our only real option. On another note, it feels kinda crazy to think that we actually have a real shot at getting KU this cycle for the first time ever.
As for my dream home, it's not all that elaborate. Open floor plan, master suite, kitchen with an island. DH and I actually found the floor plans we want if we can ever build our own house. Just a simple 3 bedroom farm house :

Update: On the last week of BCP for IVF3.

QOTW: My dream house would have a farmers porch and a deck. It would have hardwood floors throughout the house as well. The master bedroom would have an ajoining bathroom with a claw foot tub or jacuzzi tub.

Today is CD 1 and we are finally beginning our first Natural Cycle IVF cycle. I'm going for baseline tomorrow. Estimated ER is 9/3. Woot!

I finally have an update.....I should be starting stims this Thursday for IVF #2 and we are looking at ER to be the week of labor day.

We are just waiting for DH's varicocelectomy, 2 weeks out now.

QOTW:  I'd say 3,000+ sq. ft. and at least 5 bedrooms.  Someplace closer to water or hills/mountains (aka a fantastic view).  A pool and a patio, with a nice shaded backyard.

I'm in 2ww of my 2nd IUI. This month DH sperm count was 158mil pre wash and 78 million post wash. That is about 30mil more than last month and I had 4 follies this monh compared to 1 last month. Hoping like hell this is out month but also trying really hard not to get hope up!

I'm doing Follistim injections and go for an u/s on Wednesday to see if I'm ready to trigger.  Hopefully IUI #2 will be this week.  

QOTW: My dream house would be on an ocean somewhere, with back doors that open up to the beach.  Something like Justin Timberlake's family's house in the movie Friends with Benefits.

I'm 12dpiui #3 and got a BFN this morning so I'm pretty sure I'm out again this cycle   Once my period starts we're going to set up a WTF appt with my RE.  He had already mentioned adding injects to my Femara this next cycle to give me a chance of developing more mature follies but I also want to start talking about IVF.  I really didn't think I'd even make it to 4 IUIs and I just don't know if I can handle more than that.  That said, I really don't want to move to IVF either.  *sigh*  IF sucks

I had my first appointment with a new RE last week. She diagnosed me with PCOS. I started Letrozole on CD10 since my lining was thin and my ovaries weren't doing anything. I started my estrogen patch the day after my last pill. Tomorrow I got for my monitoring appointment and hopefully there are some follies. If so, we will do a trigger shot and I am going to see if we can do an IUI this week.

QOTW: Describe your dream house. Two-story with a full basement. Brick exterior. 4 bedrooms and at least 3 baths. Huge kitchen. Sunroom, fomal dining room, nice back yard with a large patio. Really, I don't know what DH and I would do with all that space. Having my dream house = needing someone to clean my house.

Repeating what we did last cycle.  I went in for CD10 monitoring this morning, nothing big enough yet, so I go back Thursday on CD14.  I didn't trigger until CD16 last cylce and I started the Clomid CD4 instead of CD3 this cycle, so I was expecting that.

Did some b/w on Friday - RE confirmed I didn't ovulate last cycle.  Still no sign of AF so I am taking progesterone for the next 12 days to bring her on. 

It kind of stinks that it is most likely my CD1 isn't for another 12+ days even though I am currently on CD39.  So I have a bit of waiting to do before we start IUI #1

 

ETA: my dream house would be a historic Federal style (1800's) house with lots of historic details on a big plot of land.

IVF #2 was officially a c/p. Hooray for it not being ectopic! Beta was 9 as of this morning. It will hopefully be 0 next week and we can move onto a FET in October.

QOTW: We are currently house shopping now and it would be so much easier if I knew what my dream house was like.

Hi I'm Kate. DH and I started not-not trying back around our anniversary late May/early June '11. We had a BFP Dec '11 but that unfortunately ended in m/c. We are dealing with MFI low count, borderline motility and morph, lowish Testosterone. We are in the 2WW for IUI 1 clomid CD 37. Testing in a week... fingers crossed!

Our dream house we talk a lot about this lol would be somewhere secluded where we would have a big two story farmhouse with wrap around porches. We'd have dogs, horses, chickens, a kickass garden and lots of littles running around. For now though, we call suburbia home!
