Any Sucess stories with IUI and PCOS and blocked tube?

Just had IUI yesterday and I just wanted to hear some happy news from someone.  I have PCOS, and one completely blocked tube.  The other tube is not perfect but it is not completely blocked.  So now I am just nervous and waiting and hoping that someone can give me some hope :)

    Try PAIF or SAIF.
