Dull headaches

I had a c-section 7 weeks ago and for the past couple of weeks I've been getting these annoying dull headaches, mostly when I wake up but sometimes throughout the day. Has or is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be my hormones, lack of sleep, stress, breast feeding related or some sort of spinal leakage (I hope not) from my epidural?

I had this. I think it was more hormone related when I was breastfeeding. I am not sure but I think when its a spinal leakage its more of a sharp pulsating headache. When I was getting these it took a long time for them to go away probably about into my 4th month.

If you have a spinal headache-you'll know it. It felt like a constant migraine, with the only relief coming from laying down. I had to get a blood patch to resolve it.
