Quick MSPI help- anyone know what's safe at Red Robin?

Going in 3 hours for dinner and don't have time to do the research.  Help!

What did you end up getting? I haven't eaten at RR yet, so I don't know what's safe there either.

I have heard that RR is really good with MSPI. I believe the burger (in a lettuce wrap) and fries are safe if you get them without the seasoning salt.
